Placement FAQ

To qualify for placements, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by participating companies, including minimum cut-off percentages in final degree results, internal assessment tests, and interviews conducted during the course. Overall performance in internal exams, technical and HR mock interviews, serve as short-listing criteria for placements.

Many companies also consider strong academic performance throughout a candidate's academic career. Typically, candidates with 60% and above in their final degree, coupled with successful completion of internal assessment tests and interviews, meet the eligibility requirements for the majority of companies.

While it's advised to attend placements in person (Face to Face), considering that many placement companies are situated in Bangalore, though the current pandemic situation has led to a shift towards virtual selection processes, ensuring student safety and security is paramount, and thus, in few cases there's no mandatory requirement to travel, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your home.

When you enroll in our online or offline courses, we ensure that you receive maximum placement opportunities by allowing you to apply to any number of companies for up to three years after completing your course. There are no limitations on the number of companies you can apply to or the number of interviews you can attend. Please note that the shortlisting of your candidacy will be at the discretion of the placement company. However, our placement department endeavors to secure maximum shortlisting opportunities for each student.

Students with pending backlogs are welcome to enroll in the course, but they must clear their backlogs to qualify for placements. Eighth-semester students become eligible for placements upon completing their final degree. Candidates without a minimum of 60% in their final degree may not qualify for placements in top R&D centers, but they still have opportunities with other companies.

At EchoBrains, we are committed to providing 100% placement support through our dedicated placement department. While we ensure a good number of placement opportunities, the conversion into job offers depends solely on the students' performance during the selection process.

Our experience shows that students who consistently attend classes, complete assignments, and projects on time have a higher success rate in clearing the selection process and securing job offers. Our challenge lies in preparing students for the selection process rather than securing company participation in placements.

Our placement team is dedicated to providing opportunities and coaching for placements. However, the final outcome depends on the hard work and commitment of each candidate. We do not guarantee jobs, and enrollment in the course does not guarantee employment. Success in placement interviews requires dedicated effort from candidates.

After completing the chosen course and completing the various projects in this program, you will receive a certificate

If you need to postpone your batch or switch to a new one for any reason, please submit a batch defer request at training@echobrains.in or info@echobrains.in . You're allowed one batch defer request at no extra cost.

You can request to defer to any cohort starting within the next 3-6 months from the start date of your initial batch enrollment. Batch deferral requests are accepted only once, provided you haven't completed more than 20% of the program.

Should you need to defer for a second time, a batch defer fee equivalent to 10% of the total course fees paid for the program, plus applicable taxes, will be required.
